BADW next Speaker on May24,2018 is Ms.Aneka Ross. Ms. Ross is a Youth Counselor who helps children with behavioral issues. She also Helps with processing feelings and understanding what is, and is not acceptable behavior in daily interactions. Aneka was raised by her mother and Step Father. Although experiencing her biological father's imprisonment at a vulnerable age, this mother of two aspires to be a positive role model. Ms.Ross inherently understands the youth as valuable stakeholders of our future. Ultimately, her professional career goals lies in Juvenile Justice as a Probation Officer.
